Wide Knitted and Woven Functional Fabrics for Selection
We adopt SORONA, Coolmax, Thermolite, wool, Supplex, Tactel, Lycra sport, Tencel, Modal, Meryl, Flycool, talent yarn, Coolpus, bamboo charcoal, recycle poly and organic cotton yarns. Our fabrics are mainly on weft and warp knitted including yarn dye or piece dye of jersey, pique, tricot, mesh, birdie, jacquard, and fleece in 4-way stretch or mechanical stretch.
Production Capacity of more than 1 Million Kilograms
Our Taiwan factory boasts nearly 200 pieces of the best knitting and finishing machines. This allows us to produce over 600,000 kilograms of knitted fabrics every month. It also affords us a total production capacity of more than 1 million kilograms. So we're ready for your volume orders.

Machinery/Production Process
A combination of automatic and semi-automatic machines are utilized in our plant, the majority of which are sourced locally while 40% are purchased from abroad. 150 sets of computerized knitting machines. 12 sets of high-speed dyeing machines. 27 sets of related machines for fabric finishing.
Site Advantages
Our factory location is conveniently situated near major transport systems. From our factory to the sea port, it only takes an hour and 20 minutes. It is only a 10-minute ride going to the airport and a 20-minute drive to the highway. We have 15 to 20 factories in Taiwan with large working areas and complete facilities to accommodate the demands of the market. The location is also advantageous for its close access to transport systems. A warehouse was also established for storing our merchandise.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
To provide exceptional quality products by exceeding the expectation of our customers, we established our in-house laboratory equipped with advanced testing machinery from James Head, UK, such as Titan 5 Universal Tensile Testing Machine, Pilling and Snagging Tester, VeriVide's Colour Assessment Cabinet (CAC), Standardized European Washing Machine to determine shrinkage, dimensional stability and appearance after washing. Every batch of fabric must pass thru technologically advanced methods to ensure various functional properties meet EU & USA standards.
Quality Control Procedures
Customers can provide their sample designs or product. After receiving the layout, our staff will analyze the fabric composition, type, feel and color. Thereafter, we will produce a counter sample, which exactly meets all specifications stipulated. When confirmation is made and before production begins, all raw materials are inspected. In each production stage, fabrics are checked at random for holes, stains, dimensions, color deviation, fastness, and others, thus minimizing defect and error possibility. An independent QC contractor also conducts the inspection.

The grade of the product is crucial, therefore strict methods are implemented in each process. Random checking is also performed to assure excellence. Finally, a pre-packing inspection is done to guarantee defect-free products.
